Yiu Kit Ching, Christy

Hong Kong outstanding middle and long distance runner and coach. Kit-Ching won the champion in the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon Women’s Half Marathon for three consecutive years. She is currently the 3000m Steeplechase, 10km, 15km and half marathon Hong Kong record holders and has represented Hong Kong in 2016 Brazil’s Rio de Janeiro Olympic women’s marathon, completed in 2:36:11, the fourth player who successfully enters the Olympic Marathon in Hong Kong history. She is also a registered nurse in Hong Kong.

Chan Ka Ho

Hong Kong outstanding middle and long distance runner and coach. Ka Ho is the current record holder of 4x1500m Relay and former record holders in 3000m Steeplechase, 15km and Half Marathon in Hong Kong.

Gi Ka Man

Hong Kong outstanding middle and long distance runner and coach. Ka Man is currently the Hong Kong Half Marathons, 15 km 10,000m record holders. He has participated in two World University Games, World Cross Country Championships and World Half Marathon Championships.

Tsui Chi Kin, Hard

Hong Kong outstanding long distance runner. Chi-Kin is currently the fastest marathoner in Hong Kong. He ran 2:24:43 in the 2018 Berlin Marathon, breaking the 26-year Hong Kong marathon record.

Chow Chi Ngan

Former Hong Kong Marathon Elite Athlete, Asian Games representative, second runner-up in the Asian Marathon Championship, Half Marathon representative of the World Championships. Chi Ngan is now tutor of The Chinese University of Hong Kong and her best Marathon time is 2:46:10 and Half-Marathon time 1:20:12. She has finished Kona Full Ironman World Championships and is currently the fastest Chinese Hong Kong woman in this category.

Au Ka Lun, Jason

Hong Kong well-known middle and long distance runner and voluntary coach for the Hong Kong Psoriasis Association. He was former representative of the Hong Kong Junior Athletes. After graduating from the Sports and Recreation Management Department of the Baptist University, he pursued his career in sports. Now, he is a physical education teacher and a long-distance running coach.

Lam Shing Yip, Thomas

The local long-distance running elite and well-known coach, who loves both running and yoga, Thomas is a well-known vegetarian trail runner and also top 10 in Hong Kong Marathon for two consecutive years.

Sze Shing Koi, Kenny

Sze is a special school teacher and a well-known Ultramarathon runner. He loves running and runs almost every day. For the sixth consecutive year, the “Crazy250” long-distance Hong Kong running event was held to encourage runners to break through the highest mileage of their running. From the first time 180 kilometers to 250 kilometers this year.

Wong See Wai, Sandy

Sandy said: “I started running for weight control five years ago, I gradually fell in love with running, especially marathon. The pain and joy in the process are both love and hate. The hard training process improves my determination and perseverance. It is not a three minute passion.”

Cheng So Lai

Cheng is in marketing profession and started running 9 years ago from 3 km to now 100 km. She loves long-distance running and participates in many overseas and local events. “When I am free, I like to share my feelings about running and life with words.” She is the author of “When I run, I am alone, but not lonely.”
